Fall Pictures & Diets

Last week I went to see the witches at Gardner Village with my friend, as I sat munching on a frosted pumpkin chocolate chip cookie (which was really yummy!!) she pulled out a bag of cashews. Of course we started talking about dieting and she told me she was doing the first two weeks of the south beach diet. She had been doing it for three days and had already lost three pounds. Of course I was ready to fully jump on board, so when Rob got home from hunting I told him my plan and we started Monday morning.

We are not eating any fruit, corn, and zero carbs.
But we can eat nuts, vegetables, cheese and meats any time we want.

Last night I had a dream I was eating a sandwich on the most delicious bread you have ever seen.

Rob laughed, one day in and I am already having withdrawals.

But the best news, I have already lost one pound, which was the motivation I needed to keep going.


  
  

So what do all these pictures have to do with that, absolutely nothing, but they are beautiful and from our scouting mission on Sunday to find the perfect spot for our family pictures.


Which are done and crossed off the To Do list, hallelujah.
