I have said before and I will say it again, my kids are so lucky to have such an awesome Dad, we sure do love him!!
For dinner on Father's day we decided to go to our favorite picnic spot in Diamond Fork Canyon and cook some dutch oven. Rob's sister now lives close by so we invited them to come with us.
While we were cooking dinner the kids decided to climb around, we had warned them about rattle snakes, and the next thing we knew Samantha and Hunter came barreling down the hill screaming. While climbing they had heard a rattle snake and Hunter had even spotted it in a bush. They were not very adventurous the rest of the time we were there. After we had eaten dinner we did walk with them over to the arch so they could do some climbing.
Dinner was delicious and once the sun started setting it cooled down to a nice temperature. It was the perfect way to celebrate the kids amazing Dad!!
