We crossed another thing off of our Utah Christmas "To Do List", last Wednesday we drove to Salt Lake to see the lights on Temple Square. The sidekicks loved the lights, and so did Rob and I, they didn't even seem to mind the cold. Next year when we go we will be sure to add on more layers and bring some hot chocolate to help keep us warm.
One of our favorite parts was watching them light up the nativity and read the story of the first Christmas from Luke. When it was done Hunter asked if we could come back next year, I told him we were planning to go again on Monday, unfortunately a lovely head cold is keeping us home tonight and I hope the sidekicks are not to disappointed. Thankfully it will be on our list again next year, and every year after that.
